Job Description:

Responsible for generating new clients and opportunities in the U.S. for all business and product segments of MSI Americas, focused on U.S. technology and providing consulting services for such companies seeking to operate businesses abroad; advise, research, implement and ensure success of entrusted projects in all areas that make up the successful operation of a business covering finance, internal operational procedures, administration, and sales using experience and expertise with comprehensive knowledge of the integral operational points of technology companies and large scale telecommunication and technology projects; maintain strong relationships with main international technology companies, main telecommunications carriers, IT and cybersecurity providers in Latin America; must have solid knowledge and management of the rules and regulations dealing with public and private bidding, labor laws, administration law, tax laws, and corporate laws to ensure accuracy and compliance with the rules to avoid errors or omissions in the process of company creation, hiring resources, taxation, and entering into contracts and agreements with clients in Latin American countries; prepare critical reports for executive review regarding P&L’s, budget development, pricing analysis, and cost control with in-depth analysis of business development projects.

Education & Experience Reqs :

Master’s Degree in Business Administration or substantially similar and 2 years of experience as Business Development Manager or substantially similar.

Special Skills or Requirements:

ISO 9001-2015 Certification in Quality Management required, Spanish language fluency required; Knowledge of Vendor technologies (Nokia, Ericsson, Juniper, NEC, Samsung, Arris, Amdocs, VIAVI, Abacode, Pctel, Pohde & Schwar); No Criminal Record; and Random Drug Testing required.
Travel to Mexico and other Latin American countries required (up to 70% travel)

Work Schedule: Regular Full-time – 40 hours/week.
Rate of Pay: $125,590/year
