About the position

Lead a cross-functional team responsible for a new major transformation effort at one of our CX Top Financial accounts. In this role, you will:
• Provide vision, strategy, governance and business objective alignment
• Responsible for program metric tracking, and managing financials and profitability
• Provide leadership and hold the customer and program team accountable to deliver programs on-time, within budget, with high quality while achieving customer satisfaction
• Perform overall program-level planning, resource management, stakeholder engagement, communications planning and oversight of interdependent projects ensuring smooth transition to Operations
• Act as a mentor and first point of escalation to Project Managers
• Identify opportunities for additional business, provide input to presales evaluation, requirements gathering, and renewals
• Identify risk, issues and develop risk response strategy at the program level
• Lead the execution of contract Change Management process at the program level
• Manage partner/subcontractor delivery and commercials
• Contribute to Cisco’s Program Manager Role Community by sharing lessons learned and best practices, and involvement in strategic initiatives

Skills & Experience:

• Extensive hands-on program experience in a complex customer facing environment
• Ability to interact with all levels of customer executives, management and technical resources
• Strong cross-functional leadership and program management skills
• Ability to roll up the sleeves and get into the details, as needed, to understand the many layers of complex problems and move the needle
• Ability to process a lot of information, identify root causes, and connect the dots to provide rich and timely insights
• Strong character and sound judgment with ability to handle sensitive nuanced topics
• Deep understanding and experience in mindset change
• Ability to influence with empathy and knowledge at all levels
• Experience presenting to and influencing senior executives
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor degree preferred
• PMP, PgMP and Agile certification desired
